Absentee Ballot Application Deadline

Absentee applications requesting a ballot be sent by mail must be received by the close of business October 31st. Absentee applications requesting a bipartisan team deliver a ballot to the voters home, must be received by noon November 7th. For additional information please contact the Harrison County Clerk's Office.

INSTRUCTIONS: Complete and return the application below so it is received by the Harrison County election board at least 8 days before election day.

Military & Overseas absentee voters should use form ABS-15 to request an absentee ballot.
